The Resources Overview Dashboard, found within the Resources module, delivers a crucial real-time summary of your facility's asset status and usage. This dashboard presents essential operational data in clear charts, allowing facility managers to quickly grasp resource performance and health. It's your primary view for understanding how physical assets are functioning.
This dashboard features the Daily Usage Trend, a chart that shows resource usage patterns over time. This helps identify peak usage periods or times of lower demand. The Infrastructure Status and Resources Status charts provide a visual summary of the overall operational state of your equipment and facility infrastructure, highlighting any areas that need attention. Specific sections for Down Infrastructure and Down Resources immediately flag systems or individual assets that are currently offline or unavailable.
The dashboard also displays Open Maintenance Requests. This ensures that all pending maintenance issues are visible, allowing facility managers to prioritize and address problems efficiently. By integrating these key metrics, the Resources Overview Dashboard offers a clear and actionable perspective on your facility's assets.
